Welcome to cmew.org.uk, the website for Christian Middle East watch (hereafter CMEW). This user agreement ("User Agreement”), which includes our Privacy Policy sets forth the conditions for your use of our Site. In the event of a transfer of ownership of CMEW or CMEW website, such as a merger with another organization, we reserve the right to transfer your personal information.

If required by law, or as part of a police investigation, we may be compelled to release your personal information to the British police or legally authorised persons.

Protection of Children Under the Age of 13
We do not knowingly collect Personal Information from users under thirteen years of age. If we discover that a person under thirteen years of age has submitted his or her Personal Information to us, we will delete his or her Personal Information from our files. The Personal Information we collect from you is stored on our webhost’s secure server. Within CMEW, only authorized personnel have access to your information. Despite our best efforts, no transmission over the Internet can be guaranteed to be 100% secure. Therefore, you provide us with your information at your own risk.

Location of Servers and Transfer of Information
Our servers are located in Great Britain. If you are located outside of Great Britain, be aware that the information you provide to us will be transferred to Great Britain. By using our Site or providing your Personal Information to us, you consent to this transfer and to the collection, storage, processing, and use of your Personal Information in the Great Britain. If you are located in the Great Britain, our service providers may not be located in your geographic area in the Great Britain.
