Are We Counting Down to Armageddon?

It is well-known that Iran is building a nuclear reactor at Bushehr as a step towards its own nuclear warheads. This provocative venture takes a massive step forward in a few days when Russia loads the reactor with its radiocatove fuel rods. Once this happens, comentators believe that the site will from then on be effectively "immune" from attack!

Why? Because any attack on the reactor once it is "tanked up" with radioactive fuel rods would almost certainly spew clouds of radioactive dust into the atmosphere, causing mayhem on a wide scale in and beyond the Middle East.

Why could this be a countdown to Armageddon? Because it is possible that Israel will decide (or maybe has already decided) that it must stop this reactor becoming operational, with the consequential risk that Iran will use plutonium produced there for manufacturing irs own nuclear warheads. As John Bolton points out in an excellent August 13th article on newsmax.com, Israel destroyed both Iraq's Osirak plant (1981) and Syria's Korean-built installation (2007) before the fuel rods were inserted in either.Click to see the location of the Bushehr reactor

So - the countdown is on - watch this space, there are only days to go!
